Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Consulting – covering all aspects; including analysis, development, implementation, and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics NAV/Business Central
- Business and process analysis strong functional expertise in the Finance module of Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV), with a deep understanding of accounting principles and SCM processes.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SCM modules.
- Manage data migration related to items, vendors, customers, and inventory.
- Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
- Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication
- Conduct user training, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide post-implementation support.
- Quality Assurance & Documentation
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800) preferred.
Knowledge and Expertise:
- Over 3 years of Dynamics NAV/BC consultancy experience
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV/BC
- Excellent communication (Vietnamese and English) and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV modules
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Power BI, Jet Reports, or other Business Central reporting tools is preferred.
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding
- Azure administration understanding
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
