Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Manage guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
• Drive revenue through upselling and proactive guest engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within a high-volume, premium restaurant or café.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire multicultural teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency an advantage.
• Organized, hands-on leader with a guest-first mindset.
