Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, attentive service in line with brand standards.
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling premium selections.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, particularly of Italian cuisine and wines.
• Ensure accurate order taking, table setup, and service sequence execution.
• Collaborate with the head waiter and floor team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold the highest grooming, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience as a waiter in upmarket or fine dining environments.

• Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of wine service and food pairings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest interaction skills.
• Energetic, well-presented, and able to perform under pressure.
• Hospitality diploma or certification is an advantage.
