Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service that reflects brand standards.
• Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Support team members during busy service periods.
• Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in a busy café or restaurant, preferably in premium dining.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic an advantage.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
