Job Overview

Join a leading international all-day dining brand celebrated for its vibrant presentation, wholesome food, and community spirit. This concept combines creativity and consistency to deliver a memorable dining experience in every plate. The Khobar branch is expanding and seeking skilled Chefs de Partie across Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, and Pastry sections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute dishes in your section to the brand’s high standards.
  • Manage mise-en-place, inventory, and cleanliness in assigned area.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
  • Train and guide junior team members.
  • Follow HACCP and food safety standards consistently.
  • Follow brand recipes closely and produce high quality product at volume

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role within premium or all-day dining environments.
  • Technical expertise in relevant section (Hot, Cold, or Pastry).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
