Restaurant Supervisor x10 - All Day Dining (Saudi Hospitality Group)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth service.
• Support the management team in training, motivating, and guiding staff.
• Ensure all guests receive warm, attentive, and efficient service.
• Monitor table flow, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.
• Uphold company policies, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in inventory control and daily shift reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior waiter role within a premium restaurant or café.

• Proven experience with high volume brands
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English required; Arabic an advantage.
• Well-presented, proactive, and committed to guest satisfaction.
• Experience in high-volume or lifestyle dining concepts preferred.
