A leading UK-based insolvency and restructuring firm is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team. This full-time position focuses on the administrative management of a variety of corporate and personal insolvency cases.

As part of a highly professional and collaborative remote team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each case is handled efficiently and in full compliance with UK regulations. This opportunity is ideal for someone with existing insolvency experience who is looking to support a reputable UK firm while working remotely from South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases such as CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies.
  • Prepare standard case documentation, reports, and statutory forms.
  • Communicate with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
  • Maintain and update case files and databases with accuracy.
  • Draft progress reports for insolvency practitioners and stakeholders.
  • Handle statutory filings in line with UK insolvency regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider insolvency team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a UK insolvency administration role.
  • Strong understanding of UK insolvency processes and terminology.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using insolvency case management software (e.g., IPS or Turnkey) is an advantage.
  • Access to a reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection is essential.
