Remote Recruitment is in search of a talented and enthusiastic 180 Recruiter to join our team. This position will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process, allowing you to specialize in sourcing top talent while collaborating with a dedicated recruitment team. Requirements

• Concentrate on sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates for open positions.
• Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit for roles.
• Coordinate closely with 360 Recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to manage candidate information and track progress.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment status to the team and clients as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with candidates.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and talent acquisition technology.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
