As they continue to lead in board-level and senior hiring, they’re seeking an experienced Headhunter / Senior Talent Research Consultant to drive high-impact delivery across retained international search mandates.
This is a strategic and commercially influential role ideal for a senior research or delivery specialist who thrives in high-trust, low-volume, high-value search environments. You'll operate at the intersection of insight, influence, and precision—partnering with senior consultants and C-suite clients to identify, assess, and engage the world’s top executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level talent mapping and headhunting across global markets, with a focus on EMEA, the Americas, and APAC
- Identify, approach, and influence senior-level and C-suite candidates for board, VP, and director-level roles
- Develop deep industry and competitor intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions and market positioning
- Craft detailed candidate profiles, briefing packs, and insight-driven research reports for client presentations
- Act as a key delivery partner on retained assignments—managing shortlists, interviews, and candidate experience
- Collaborate with senior search consultants to shape search strategy, targeting methodology, and narrative positioning
- Build and maintain confidential talent pipelines aligned to future leadership hiring needs
- Use advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, talent databases, and market intel platforms
- Represent the brand with discretion, professionalism, and credibility in all candidate and internal interactions
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in executive search or headhunting with a focus on international assignments
- Deep understanding of the global talent landscape and executive search methodologies (retained/exclusive)
- Proven success in engaging and assessing senior-level candidates across multiple industries and regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of supporting and influencing at partner and C-suite level
- Excellent written and verbal communication—confident preparing and delivering detailed documentation
- Meticulous attention to detail, project discipline, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches
- Experienced with ATS, CRM, and research tools used in high-end search environments
