Join us as Director, HR Operations — and shape the future of HR service delivery. You will lead a diverse, high-performing team and collaborate with senior executives and HR leaders worldwide to design, deliver, and continuously elevate our employee experience and operational excellence.
As the strategic head of our Japan Operations team, you’ll be accountable for operational transformation and people service delivery within country and in collaboration with our global HR team. You’ll translate strategy into a people and process vision, ensuring Operations is a center of excellence for service delivery, innovation, and collaboration.
【Responsibilities】
- Shape and articulate the HR operations vision that aligns global processes with business and people strategies.
- Define initiatives that elevate the quality, speed, and impact of HR operations across all regions.
- Drive automation, digitalization, and process simplification that enables HR to focus more on value creation than administration.
- Use analytics and insights to anticipate trends, inform decision-making, and guide leadership priorities across global operations.
- Champion global alignment and empower team to deliver consistent, scalable service excellence.
- Build and execute transformation programs that redefine how HR services are delivered and experienced.
- Challenge the status quo and inspire your team to think globally, act strategically, and deliver locally.
- Lead large-scale change initiatives with a focus on scalability, employee experience, and sustainable performance.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans that strengthen skills capability, employee experience and business continuity
- Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence, Finance, and IT to drive innovation and evolution of service performance.
- Manage Operations budget, capacity, and performance to ensure operational resilience and sustainable results.
