Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Regional Clinical Trial Coordinator (RCTC) to support the execution of clinical trials at the site level. This role ensures operational excellence through administrative coordination, documentation oversight, and system management in compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support regulatory-defined trial activities and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure timely delivery of trial materials and documentation across OPU and site levels.
  • Maintain and oversee technical systems for trial management, access control, and data completeness.
  • Support documentation processes including authoring, tracking, and translation coordination.
  • Facilitate meetings and interface management with trial teams, sites, and vendors.
  • Manage local trial supplies and ensure system accuracy and functionality.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Trial Managers and TMF teams to maintain country/site-specific records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in clinical trial coordination or related administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, GDP, SOPs, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication (including reading, verbal, and written in both local language and English) and organizational skills
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Capabilities in managing multiple assignments and work independently
