Who Are You:
- 5-10 years of experience driving outcome-centric tech transformation programs
- 5+ years managing programs involving Salesforce & Integrated Platforms (Marketing Automation, Analytics, ERP, etc.); Strong familiarity with other common CRM vendors in a rapidly evolving technology vendor ecosystem
- Experience in Value Stream Mapping and Business Capability Mapping is a must
- Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
What You'll Do:
- Serve clients in project roles like PMO Lead, Execution Lead, and Functional Business Analyst Lead, Organizational Change Management Lead
- Strong “who needs to do what and when does it need to be done by” orientation
- Drive clear executive level weekly status meetings – open issues, risks and decisions to be made quickly to deliver the project on time and on budget
- Drive clarity for stakeholders across complex system and process redesign projects for organizations who do not have technology implementation expertise
- Inspire clients to act on recommendations rooted in our ‘why’
