Real Estate & Commercial Contracts Attorney

RRD is seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Real Estate & Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its Legal Department. This role is essential for managing our company's real estate portfolio while providing critical legal support for our broader business-to-business transactions.

This position is a dual-focus role, requiring deep expertise in both real estate and general commercial law.

Responsibilities:
Real Estate and Lease Management (Primary Focus):

• Act as lead counsel for all real estate transactions and leases.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial retail and industrial properties.
• Manage the full life-cycle of contracts related to the company's real estate portfolio.
• Work closely with RRD’s property management services provider.
  
  General Commercial and Business Support:
   
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts for products and services, including procurement and sales agreements.
• Provide proactive legal advice and counsel to management on legal and business matters, including contract risk  allocation, contract structure, and emerging privacy laws.
• Work as an integral part of the business team to support commercial transactions objectives and strategies.
