The Integrated Solutions Manager is responsible for developing data driven, vertical-appropriate, and client-focused digital solutions, articulating RRD’s value and go-to-market strategic experience through partnership with Sales and other stakeholder teams. This role is focused on creating content, promoting technically sound and product-driven solutions that will meet and exceed client expectations, and protecting and growing our business with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Proposal and Media Plan Development
- Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to create comprehensive Digital marketing proposals and media plans tailored to client needs.
- Serve as the pre-sales subject matter expert on RRD’s digital marketing solutions and capabilities, ensuring feasibility and availability are considered in every proposal.
- Solutions and Capabilities Proficiency
- Stay up to date on RRD capabilities and emerging industry solutions connected to client needs.
- Use available resources effectively to recommend marketing solutions that enhance client engagement and drive results, providing feedback to Product partners when expanded capabilities are needed.
- Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with Sales and internal partners.
- Ensure the delivery of meaningful client value through best-practice solutions and innovative ideas.
- Collaboration and Execution
- Partner with Sales, internal teams, and team leadership to transform client needs into actionable plans.
- Work closely with Operations teams to ensure the seamless set up and execution of marketing campaigns.
