Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, curious and collaborative FP&A professional to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support executive decision-making.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long-Range Plan (LRP) and quarterly forecasts
• Perform internal variance analyses and competitive intelligence to deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Partner with business leadership to understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support and improve executive reporting, earnings preparation, board presentations, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance financial models and dashboards for scenario planning and forecast reporting.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Business Operations to ensure alignment across financial processes.
