Technician 1, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Technician 1, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance to join our team in Central Seberang Perai, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, experience in automation equipment is an advantage
• Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed
• Conduct regular calibrations and adjustments to maintain equipment accuracy
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment
• Assist in the implementation of equipment upgrades and improvements
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and maintenance techniques
