What will you be doing?

Starting on day one, you'll dive into real-life product development, supporting companies in the financial services industry. You'll help enhance their speed, scalability, and cost efficiency by implementing digital business innovations and cloud technologies. Our solutions encompass everything from banking to insurance processes.

You'll work on actual projects alongside your mentors and colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in your field. Along with practical work, you'll participate in learning sessions to broaden your understanding and ensure you have a well-rounded view of our industry and your role. This blend of direct involvement and structured learning is designed to prepare you thoroughly for your career in our dynamic environment.

Requirements

Degree course:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, natural sciences

 Required hands-on project experience:

•  Proficiency in at least one JavaScript frameworks like UI5, Vue or React.
  Preferably at least programming language such as Java or ABAP, and experience with JSON, REST APIs, acquired through university studies or professional experience.

• Experience with database systems, including data modeling and executing SQL queries.
• Familiarity with contemporary development tools and technologies, such as VSCode or Eclipse.

Hard skills:

1.  Analytical skills, patterns for problem solving, contextual knowledge
2.  Structure and stringent logic 
3.  Clear communication: able to understand clients and teams
