Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to join our client’s team in the real estate technology sector. This role plays a key part in supporting the business’s growth and customer satisfaction by maintaining close communication with clients, assisting new users through their onboarding process, and contributing to business development initiatives.

You’ll work closely with multiple internal areas such as Sales, Account Management, and Customer Service — helping ensure that new and existing clients receive a consistent and positive experience.

This position is remote from anywhere in Mexico and ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting operations across departments, and driving sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through outreach efforts to generate interest and new business opportunities.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand the platform and its value.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with current accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
  • Support account management and customer service teams by coordinating client communications and following up on open items.
  • Handle non-technical service requests and assist clients with general inquiries.
  • Keep client records updated and organized in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback, improve processes, and support growth initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales – must be comfortable engaging leads and managing client communication.
  • 2–5 years of experience in roles involving customer interaction, such as account coordination, customer success, or business development.
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Advanced English (verbal and written) – able to communicate confidently with international clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
