Fire / Security System Designer

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritise STL solutions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other company divisions to expand business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, identify solution gaps, and develop offerings to meet local market requirements.
• Ensure product and standards compliance across markets and stay informed on market trends and developments.
• Communicate solution capabilities clearly to operational and commercial teams.
• Leverage existing products and solutions nationally, across Europe, and globally, ensuring knowledge sharing and standardised approaches.
• Produce specific scopes of work for required disciplines.
• Prepare comprehensive cost documentation for review and approval by commercial and operational teams.
• Create detailed drawings showing solutions, component locations, and third-party dependencies.
• Develop programmes of work outlining implementation steps, durations, and key dependencies to meet milestones.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures

• Conversion rate of opportunities assigned to you to design.
• Produce and design all required documentation in line with the sales process, approval process and client timeframes
