Job Overview

  • Serve as the key point person for labor management of a multi-level assisted and skilled nursing community.
  • Create and maintain weekly schedules for clinical employees for both the assisted living and nursing home neighborhoods.
  • Improve financial performance by improving efficiency, eliminating redundant work schedules, reducing agency utilization and maximizing in-house shift pick ups. 
  • Handle scheduling conflicts and update team members about schedule changes. 
  • Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information. 
  • Responsible for creating and scheduling Nursing Assistants and Nurse’s of the Nursing Department. 
  • Attend various community events. 
  • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. 
  • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. 
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. 
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
