What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to brainstorm, develop, and introduce cutting-edge features that align with customer needs and our business vision. 
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation in the hospitality sector. 
• Gather and prioritize customer feedback and feature requests. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our reputation management dashboard and guest survey tools. 
• Collaborate with engineering teams to oversee the development and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to guest data privacy and feedback management, ensuring our products adhere to relevant guidelines.
