Driver

Job Purpose:

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting personnel, goods, and equipment as required by the company. This role requires adherence to all traffic regulations and company policies while providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees and materials to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and efficient transportation to meet organizational needs.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain vehicles in good working condition.
• Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods as necessary while ensuring safe handling.
• Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent service to passengers by being courteous and helpful.
• Keep accurate records of daily trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow additional instructions from management and assist in other duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (class specific to the vehicle type).
• Minimum education: SPM (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate and use GPS technology.
• Basic mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
