YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10+ people, ensuring high service and quality standards
• You take ownership of daily operations and guide your team toward achieving ambitious goals
• You identify and unlock development opportunities for both individuals and the team as a whole
• You rethink and redesign processes to improve efficiency, customer focus, and operational excellence
• You handle challenges confidently, make decisions, and find creative solutions
• You act as a role model, fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have proven experience in leading and developing teams, or strong motivation to grow quickly into a leadership role
• Communication You are a clear communicator with a positive mindset and structured approach to work
• Technical Skills You are confident using MS Office, especially Excel, to manage reports and monitor performance
• Problem Solving You have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, proactive mentality
• Leadership You are creative and inspiring when motivating and developing people, driving engagement and results
• Language You are fluent in French and English (Mandatory), additional languages are a plus
