- Providing general administrative support to appropriate personelle, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring documents are easily accessible and up to date.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Assisting with the preparation of training materials, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Managing office supplies and ordering materials when necessary.
- Assisting in data entry and managing databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Supporting the coordination of internal and external meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Ensuring all administrative procedures and company policies are followed.
- Assisting in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Performing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned by management.
