MCC Manager (Flight Training)

The Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Manager is responsible for the conduct of the ATO’s approved MCC, APS MCC and MCCI(A) courses.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Accountable for ensuring that the school is in compliance with regulatory requirements with regard to delivery of Multi crew training.
2. Define and monitor the required quality and standard of training given by the MCCI(A)’s.
3. Ensure that all multi pilot training documentation, manuals and courseware are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of the business.
4. Ensure that multi crew training is delivered to meet Skyborne Airline Academy objective of being the safest, highest quality and customer focused training school in the world.
5. Management and development of Multi Crew courses.
