About the Role

Socure is building the future of digital identity, and our new Workforce product represents the next frontier of our RiskOS platform. As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll lead this zero-to-one product initiative — defining the vision, strategy, and execution that power trust, security, and efficiency in workforce identity verification.

You’ll shape and scale new solutions such as Advanced Prefill, Age Assurance, and other emerging workforce use cases, partnering across product, data science, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative, data-driven capabilities to life. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives on building new products in fast-moving, complex environments.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the Workforce vision: Set a bold, multi-year product strategy that extends Socure’s leadership into workforce identity and verification solutions.

• Drive zero-to-one innovation: Lead end-to-end development of new product lines such as Advanced Prefill and Age Assurance — from concept and validation to launch and scale.

• Build cross-product alignment: Develop cohesive roadmaps that integrate Workforce capabilities across Socure’s RiskOS platform and core identity ecosystem.

• Influence and inspire: Secure executive and organizational alignment around strategic priorities, ensuring clarity and momentum across teams.

• Lead with impact: Mentor and elevate product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and strategic excellence.

• Collaborate deeply: Partner with data science and engineering leadership to create scalable frameworks and platforms that power cross-product solutions.

• Shape go-to-market success: Work hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, growth, and customer success to position Workforce solutions for maximum customer adoption and value.

• Turn data into strategy: Translate complex insights and technology trends into actionable, market-leading product strategies.

What You Bring

• 7–9 years of product management or product strategy experience, with leadership roles in risk, identity, or related technology domains.

• Track record of zero-to-one product creation — from ideation to market success.

• Deep strategic and market insight, with demonstrated thought leadership in emerging identity, data, and risk technologies.

• Proven ability to set and execute a long-term vision that drives measurable business and customer impact.

• Strong leadership and mentorship experience, guiding product teams toward high strategic and operational performance.

• Executive-level communication and influence, capable of aligning senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams behind complex initiatives.

• Technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply with engineering and data science partners.

• Bachelor’s degree required; a technical or quantitative field is preferred.
