- Monitor and maintain IT equipment (inventory control, proper function checks, preventive maintenance).
- Monitor system security and report potential issues.
- Oversee and support online platforms used internally by the company.
- Assist employees with daily IT-related issues regarding equipment and applications.
- Monitor network and device connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, network devices).
- Follow IT procedures and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with external IT partners or vendors when necessary.
- Provision of light hardware support (pc, peripherals, etc.) and coordination with external service providers for repairs when necessary.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).
- Cybersecurity knowledge.
- Experience with Windows, Office 365, and cloud services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills.
