On behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in the jewelry industry, we are looking for a Polish-speaking Customer Support Representative. Our client creates and delivers timeless, high-quality jewelry pieces that inspire self-expression and are cherished by millions of customers worldwide.
As part of their growing customer experience team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers, ensuring a premium brand experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and order-related inquiries.
- Accurately log interactions and ensure follow-up is timely and effective.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
- Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and good command of English (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and remote tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
