Our office, Carolina Mountain Endodontics in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice.

What You’ll Do
As one of the key members of our clinical team, you’ll help our patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit while supporting the dentist in delivering exceptional care. Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming patients and preparing them for treatment
- Traveling to our Clyde location as needed
- Setting up and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Assisting the dentist chairside through 4-handed dentistry
- Providing post-op and oral hygiene instructions
- Maintaining accurate patient records and helping with scheduling or payments when needed
- Keeping operatories stocked, organized, and ready for the next patient
Your goal is to make every visit smooth, efficient, and reassuring for our patients from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
You’re the kind of Dental Assistant who takes pride in your work, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and genuinely cares about helping people. You’re organized, dependable, and bring a calm, positive energy to the team.
- 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (specialty experience preferred)
- X-ray certification required
- Familiarity with dental instruments, sterilization methods, and OSHA standards
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking ability
- High school diploma required; Dental Assistant certificate and state radiology license (if applicable)
