Job Overview
Our office, Marin Endodontics – Greenbrae, is seeking an experienced and dependable Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves working with patients, and is comfortable commuting between our Greenbrae and Novato locations.

Your Role
As a key member of our practice, you’ll support the clinical team by ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional patient experiences. You’ll be the go-to resource for patients during their visit—helping them feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and prepare them for treatment, ensuring comfort and reassurance
- Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
- Sterilize and maintain instruments according to safety regulations
- Assist the doctor through four-handed dentistry
- Provide oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain clean and well-stocked operatories and accurate patient records
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits
- Support administrative and payment procedures as needed
- Travel between our Greenbrae and Novato offices as required
What We’re Looking For
You’re a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant who loves helping patients and working as part of a collaborative, high-energy team. You take pride in being organized, proactive, and adaptable, and you value creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dental assisting experience (endodontic or specialty experience preferred)
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and safety regulations
- Strong communication and computer skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program (if required by law)
- Active radiology license (if required by law)
- High school diploma or equivalent
