The Office Services Supervisor will oversee a team of 10+ professionals supporting national operations across multiple service lines, including Reception/Hospitality Services, Mail Services, and Print Production. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experience, operational excellence, and team performance within a fast-paced, professional environment. Client is a Private Equity Firm headquartered in NYC
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and people management skills who thrives in a client-focused and hospitality-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and motivate a team of 16 employees across Reception, Mail & Print.
• Ensure all office services are delivered in line with SPS and client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Background in a fast-paced, high-profile office environment with 500+ daily employees and visitors
• Foster a client-first mindset with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Partner closely with client stakeholders and SPS leadership to identify process improvements and enhance the employee and visitor experience.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, payroll, and training to maintain consistent service coverage across locations.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality metrics; provide performance feedback and conduct regular evaluations.
• Manage vendor relationships and supply inventory for mail and print operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all service lines.
• Support onboarding and ongoing development of receptionists to ensure a polished, high-touch front-of-house presence.
• Collaborate on initiatives related to workplace experience, events, and client hospitality programs.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in office services, corporate hospitality, or facilities operations.
• Experience overseeing reception with either mail or print functions. Ideally, multi-site with varying service lines
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
• Exceptional client service orientation, with experience in corporate or financial services environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, professional setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with mail and print systems a plus.
