Key Responsibilities
- Report to the Lead Technical Coach at a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate daily with the Operations Supervisor to enhance front-line associates’ skills.
- Deliver recurring training (onboarding, monthly reviews, cross-training) based on Lead Technical Coaches guidance.
- Support Operations Lead and Supervisor by Addressing inspector queries, including interpreting engineering drawings.
- Participate in shift start and end meeting with Operations Leads and Supervisor to ensure seamless transitions.
- Submit daily end-of-shift emails to Lead Technical Coach and Site Manager, summarizing wins and challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of aerospace industry, including current trends, challenges, and innovations.
- Extensive technical knowledge related to aircraft structure, materials, and system integration.
- Proven expertise in BAC specifications and their application in manufacturing, design, and quality control.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on conflict resolution, cultural sensitivity, and motivating divers teams.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to inspection plans and protocols.
- Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational skills.
- Effective in a quality management system.
- Fluent in reading and writing English.
- Must be U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, crawl in confined spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs.
