Medical Scribe - ELATION EMR Experience Required

Staffing for Doctors is actively seeking an experienced Medical Scribe with proficiency in ELATION EMR to support healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters. This role requires real-time transcription of patient care while ensuring accurate and comprehensive medical records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document patient visits and clinical updates in real-time using ELATION EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize documentation and workflow efficiency.
• Review and organize patient charts and records before appointments.
• Ensure that all documentation is compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience using ELATION EMR is required.
• Previous experience as a medical scribe or in a medical administrative role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care documentation.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in a health-related field is preferred but not required.
