About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant to support a high-profile client in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong expertise in social media management, content creation, graphics design, marketing, and audience engagement/monitoring. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the client’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, and short-form media.
  • Monitor traction, audience insights, and engagement to optimize campaigns.
  • Assist with marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals.
  • Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.

  • Answer and manage phone calls with professionalism, ensuring accurate information is provided.
  • Schedule patient appointments correctly, with attention to medical compliance (e.g., only licensed providers may administer injectables such as Botox and fillers).
  • Provide regular reports on performance, engagement, and campaign results.
  • Collaborate with the client to maintain brand consistency and meet goals.
  • Ensure open communication and responsiveness throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to accurately schedule appointments and follow client-specific booking protocols.
  • Prior experience working in aesthetics, medspa, or similar healthcare settings is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
  • Must be comfortable with an open camera policy during working hours.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in suggesting creative ideas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-profile clients or executives.
  • Familiarity with appointment booking systems and CRM tools.
