Bilingual Orthodontic Billing & Collections Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Orthodontic Billing & Collections Specialist (English/Spanish) with extensive experience in orthodontics. This role requires excellent communication skills to contact patients, explain outstanding balances, answer their questions, and assist with payment collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances, co-pays, and payments.
• Explain Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and insurance coverage clearly to patients.
• Offer and manage payment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Answer patient questions regarding orthodontic procedures, billing, and office policies.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
• Perfom additional inquiries as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in orthodontic collections, financial coordination, or medical billing is a must.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Extensive knowledge of orthodontic procedures, billing, and patient care processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and compassionately.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Please note that this is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of $6 -$8 per hour depending in skillset and experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from  9:30AM - 6:30PM PST.
