Your responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment management - Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and sourcing strategy through to offer negotiation and onboarding for Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science positions.
- Strategic talent sourcing - Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using multiple channels including direct outreach, social recruiting, technical communities, and passive candidate networks.
- Stakeholder partnership - Collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to understand business needs, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies.
- Data-driven optimization - Analyse recruitment metrics and candidate feedback to continuously improve processes, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- AI-powered recruitment innovation - Implement and optimize AI recruiting practices to increase efficiencies while maintaining a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
