Tutoring Centre Manager (Melbourne Based)

ROLE

• Manage the operations of multiple tutoring centres, ensuring consistency in quality, culture, and performance
• Assist in delivering and facilitating staff training sessions, helping team members develop their skills and align with company standards.
• Conduct academic assessments to identify student needs and trackliase with parents about the results.
• Maintain and promote a fun, supportive, and motivating atmosphere for both students and staff.
• Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems.

REMUNERATION

• Casual position
• $30 - $34 per hour + Super
