We are now seeking a Head of Global Education a visionary leader who can elevate our educational ecosystem, build world-class learning material, and shape the future of tutoring globally.

Role Overview

As the Head of Global Education, you will lead Success Tutoring’s entire curriculum and content division, managing a high-performance team while shaping the learning experience across all franchise centres.

You will:

• Lead & manage a cross-functional education team
• 6 content creators
• 3 editors
• 3 designers + more
• Collaborate with expert advisors, including industry figures such as Rick Molineux (Global Academic Advisor), to ensure content aligns with global standards and Success Tutoring’s unique motivational framework.
• Project-manage curriculum creation — from ideation to delivery across digital, print, video, and AI-based platforms.
• Engage directly with franchise partners, tutors, managers, and students to collect feedback and constantly improve educational outcomes.
• Drive innovation across the entire education department, enhancing learning experiences, delivery methods, and long-term student engagement.
• Work fluidly across multiple time zones, supporting our expanding global footprint.
• Travel internationally as required — all travel expenses covered.

About You

You're not just an educator, you're a builder, a strategist and an influencer.

You should have:

• Proven experience in curriculum development, education leadership, or academic operations
• Strong project management and team leadership capability
• Confidence communicating with C-suite, educators, designers, and franchise stakeholders
• A passion for disrupting traditional education models
• Experience working across international frameworks (ACARA, US Common Core, NZ Curriculum, etc.) — preferred but not essential

Remuneration & Growth Pathway

Salary (AUD)

Year 1 - $95,000

Year 2 - $120,000 or accelerated via KPI achievement

Year 3 - $140,000 or accelerated via KPI achievement

Year 4 - $160,000 or accelerated via KPI achievement
