Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to assist in identifying and securing potential franchise locations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and sourcing potential franchise sites.
• Applying site selection criteria to evaluate suitability.
• Liaising with real estate agents to secure properties, conducting site visits, and preparing detailed assessments.
• Presenting location options to franchise partners.
• Supporting lease negotiations, conducting due diligence on prospective sites, maintaining the location database, and monitoring commercial real estate market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting directly to the Global Leasing Coordinator.

Remuneration

• Casual position
• $25–$32 per hour

Requirements

• 5–15 hours per week
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
