Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated intern to support our Human Resources Team in planning, leading, directing, and developing company policies, practices, and processes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
· Support the administration of HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
· Gain a strong understanding of benefit plans and leave compliance, including health and wellness, pensions, disability, and workers' compensation.
· Assist in handling administrative processing of employee changes in the HRIS.
· Support the crafting and management of internal and external communications to meet HR objectives.
· Provide general support to the Human Ressources Team as needed.
