Media Buyer
Job Overview
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing US-based media company helping fitness franchise owners and group fitness studios scale their businesses through data-driven marketing and creative strategy.
This is not a “set-and-forget” media buying role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes Meta Ads, loves digging into data, and constantly pushes for better performance every single day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize 40–60 active Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts.
- Review daily performance metrics, identify trends, and make proactive adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to brief, test, and refine ad creatives.
- Work with client success managers to ensure clients provide timely, engaging content.
- Join daily team huddles, strategy calls, and maintain consistent internal communication.
- Stay up to date on Meta Ads trends, creative strategies, and algorithm changes.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads experience.
- Proven success managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of creative testing, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with a global team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working US hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST).
- Reliable internet (50 Mbps+), computer (16GB RAM+), and backup power source.
- 100% focus on this role – no side projects or freelance commitments.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, or other paid platforms.
- Bonus: Background in fitness or health industry.
