We are proud to announce an opening for a dedicated Periodontist to enhance our dental team. This position focuses on preventing, diagnosing, and treating periodontal diseases and conditions. You will play a vital role in improving patients' oral health and restoring their smiles through skilled clinical procedures and patient education.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients’ periodontal status and health.
- Develop individualized treatment strategies for patients, considering their unique needs and conditions.
- Conduct surgical and non-surgical periodontal treatments, including implants, gum grafts, and bone regeneration procedures.
- Educate patients on periodontal disease, prevention methods, and proper oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team for coordinated care and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Stay current with advancements in periodontics and implement best practices in daily care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a residency program in Periodontics from an accredited institution.
- Current dental license and board certification in Periodontics.
- Preferred 2-3 years of clinical experience in periodontics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in clinical procedures.
- A collaborative spirit and capacity to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning in the dental field.
