Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients to diagnose urological disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Conduct advanced urological surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventive care measures.
• Collaborate closely with other specialists to create a multidisciplinary care approach.
• Engage in ongoing research initiatives and keep abreast of new advancements in urology.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately in compliance with healthcare laws.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board certification in Urology is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology.
• Proven proficiency in surgical techniques relevant to urology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered focus.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare setting.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and education.
