- Provide technical assistance for laptops and handheld devices.
- Evaluate internet coverage in the Ticketing area and ensure consistent performance.
- Install SIM cards into Handheld devices and 5G routers.
- Configure access points in the ticketing booths.
- Train the operational team on the use of handheld devices.
- Resolve technical issues with end users' handheld devices and mobile applications.
- Deliver IT support services at specified sites.
- Guarantee adequate Wi-Fi coverage in parking zones.
- Escalate any unidentified issues to the relevant service providers for resolution.
- Disassemble IT equipment and assist in relocating it to the designated area.
