  • Install SIM cards into Handheld devices and 5G routers.
  • Configure access points in the ticketing booths.
  • Train the operational team on the use of handheld devices.
  • Resolve technical issues with end users' handheld devices and mobile applications.
  • Deliver IT support services at specified sites.
  • Guarantee adequate Wi-Fi coverage in parking zones.
  • Escalate any unidentified issues to the relevant service providers for resolution.
  • Disassemble IT equipment and assist in relocating it to the designated area.
