Incident Management Analyst - Contract

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for Event Management, supporting customers and internal teams with monitoring and event-handling queries.
  • Co-ordinate daily team responses to committed work and operational tasks.
  • Maintain operational hygiene of assigned systems, including:
    - User account and permissions reviews
    - Ensuring monitoring software components remain on supported versions
  • Monitor and triage events, logging and categorising incidents, escalating when required.
  • Proactively identify and remediate potential service issues before they impact customers.
  • Document processes, reporting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across ITSM, Operations, and Service Delivery for seamless end-to-end service.
