JOB SUMMAARY
The Senior Executive, Freighter Management (Finance) is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the freighter business, including P&L management, budget forecasting, and variance analysis. The role involves collecting, validating, and interpreting operational and financial data to provide actionable insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting efficiency. The position also develops dashboards and reports using BI tools to support strategic decision-making and optimize profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L Ownership:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the company’s Profit & Loss statements by business segment, product, or region.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance.
Support budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Data Management & Analytics:
Collect, validate, and interpret operational and financial data to derive actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency
Requirements
1. Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in airline finance, cargo operations finance, or business analysis.
- Exposure to P&L management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in operations or commercial functions.
2. Technical Skills
- Strong financial analysis skills: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis.
- Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Ability to interpret operational data and link it to financial performance.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, cost drivers, and revenue metrics in airline/cargo operations.
3. Soft Skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.
