Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Part Time

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing specialty care team serving patients across the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

• Administer safe and accurate infusion therapy in patients’ homes or alternate-site settings.

• Assess, plan, and document patient care in accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.

• Initiate, monitor, and manage IV lines, ports, and pumps during infusion visits.

• Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration and line maintenance.

• Collaborate with pharmacy, case management, and physician teams to ensure seamless care.

• Monitor for and respond to adverse reactions promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems.

• Participate in limited on-call or after-hours support as needed.
