An outstanding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead a high-performing Medical-Surgical Neuro Unit in the Boynton Beach area. This leadership role oversees a 32–36 bed acute care unit that delivers specialized neuro and medical care. You’ll guide a skilled team of nurses and clinical coordinators, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care while shaping departmental success within a respected healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 leadership and operational oversight for the Med Surg Neuro Unit.

• Supervise staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to maintain safe nurse-to-patient ratios.

• Support and mentor nursing staff, promoting education, engagement, and retention.

• Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.

• Collaborate with medical staff, directors, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.

• Ensure compliance with hospital standards, clinical policies, and regulatory requirements.
