Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within Cardiovascular Services including Cath Lab, Cardiac Day Recovery, Cardiopulmonary Rehab, and Echo Lab.

• Lead staff scheduling, staffing optimization, and on-call coordination to meet patient care demands.

• Oversee quality improvement programs, safety standards, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Partner with physicians, administrative leaders, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes and patient satisfaction.

• Direct departmental budgeting, policy development, and strategic planning.

• Conduct performance evaluations and foster staff engagement through coaching and mentorship.
