  • Direct maternal and neonatal clinical operations with emphasis on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and high-acuity readiness.

  • Oversee staffing strategy, workforce development, performance evaluation, and departmental communication.

  • Manage budgets, productivity targets, capital planning, and resource utilization.
